Long Item Surcharge:

Long items such as GOLA PROFILE LENGTHS are not included in free delivery. A flat 1-2 working day service surcharge will be added at the delivery page.

Worktops & Larger Items:

NOTE: Larger Items such as cabinet builds and worktops require specialist handling which we use our own vehicles and dedicated couriers to fulfill. Below are the areas we cover and the charges based on postcode. Different brands of worktops require different couriers which are outlined below.

The delivery charge for these brands of worktops is a flat £49.99, pricing is per order not per worktop. Orders which fall into our own vehicle delivery zone will have reduced shipping costs.

 

Large Item & Worktop Delivery Terms:

A email will be sent confirming the delivery date once organised.

We will contact the customer on the day of delivery to confirm a delivery time.

Our driver is responsible for getting the items to the back of the vehicle, the customer must provide a physically fit able bodied person to assist with carrying the kitchen items from the back of the vehicle into the property. Our drivers will only provide ground floor delivery. If items are being move up any stairs you will need additional assistance.

Failure to provide this will result in the items being returned to our depot, a re-delivery or cancellation fee will apply to match the initial delivery transport cost.

Q: Which delivery providers do you use?

A: Standard delivery orders are shipped using Royal Mail & Yodel delivery services. Express services are shipped via Parcelforce.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Europe & worldwide: Please see our shipping estimator on the checkout page for further details. Larger items such as worktops and larder units are not available for overseas delivery.

Q: Does express delivery cover the whole of the UK?

A: Next day delivery is not available for Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and some remote areas where an additional charge may apply. Please call for further details.
