Delivery & Returns

Courier Delivery Service:

• We will contact the customer on the day of delivery to confirm a delivery time
• Our driver is responsible for getting the items to the back of the vehicle, the customer must provide a physically fit able bodied person to assist with carrying the kitchen items from the back of the vehicle into the property
• Failure to provide this will result in the items being returned to our depot, a re-delivery or cancellation fee will apply

RETURNS

Should you wish to return an item(s) you must fill out the form which can be found by clicking here. The buyer has 30 days to return the item(s) to ourselves from receipt of delivery (excluding non-postal days). Items which are returned after the 30 day period may be subject to a 35% restocking fee or may result in the return being rejected.
Upon the return we will inspect the item(s) and issue a full refund within 48 hours subject to condition. All items should be returned in the condition they were sent and any defects upon the return are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is expected to pay the postage cost in full.*

*Please inspect each item(s) on delivery for any defects, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or defective for a full refund or replacement. The return postage cost will not apply to the buyer if the item is deemed faulty or damaged in transit to the customer by our returns team.

Returning larger items such as worktops, upstands, splashbacks, gola handleless rail and cabinets will incur a further cost which will equate to the delivery charge. E.g. £25 Delivery Zone will incur £25 collection fee and so on. Collection for gola handleless profile is capped at £39.99. For all worktops, upstand and splashback returns there is a 25% re-stocking charge to be deducted from your refund. These products will only be accepted for a return if they are unused and in the condition they were sent i.e. full lengths, no cuts, no damage, with protection measures (film coating/edge protectors) still on.

Any changes to your worktop, splashback and/or upstand order in terms of products - sizes/quantities or the address prior to delivery have to be requested and confirmed a full 24 hours prior to your delivery date (working days only). For example if your delivery day is on a Friday, we would need to know on the Wednesday prior about the changes. Any changes with regards to quantity or size of products later than this will result in either additional costs to you for the additional items or the 25% restocking fee being applied for rejection/return of worktops.
